Selling Your Property

Seller Obligations:

 
Provide the HOA in writing prior to closing, the name and contact information of the purchaser.
 
Keep your assessments current and up to date.
 
Provide your realtor a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the HOA.



Buyer Obligations:
 
Each individual owner by acceptance of the deed of the residence of the community becomes a member of the HOA and shall comply strictly with the By-Laws, Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements and Assessments of The Lofts At Locust Hill Townhomes Association, Inc.
 
Each owner shall at his or her own cost and expense, obtain and maintain a stand-alone insurance policy to the full replacement of the unit.  Owner shall file a copy with the HOA within 15 days of closing.
 
Each owner must make a payment of $1,000 to the HOA to be placed in working capital funds.
 
If you do not intend to use the property as your personal residence:
 
Your additional obligations are as follows:
 
You must provide the HOA with the name and contact information of the residents of the unit.
 
Provide a copy of the lease agreement and proof of renters insurance within 15 Days of move-in.  This applies to each change of residents.
 
Provide the residents with a copy of the HOA rules and regulations
